Patrick Sheridan – Chairman
Mr. Sheridan, MSc, has more than 30 years’ experience of gold exploration and project development; and has raised over $400 million for exploration and development projects. Mr. Sheridan is credited with the discovery, financing, and development of the Aurora Gold project in Guyana . Mr. Sheridan was involved in the financing, development, and sale of Gold Eagle Mining, FNX Mining and others. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics. Mr. Sheridan is the founder and Executive Chairman of G2 Goldfields Inc.
Daniel J. Noone – President & CEO
Mr. Noone has more than 30 years of international mineral exploration and development experience ranging from implementing grassroots programs through to feasibility studies. He is currently the CEO and a director of G2 Goldfields Inc. He concurrently serves as Chairman of GPM Metals Inc. Previous roles include Executive Director and V.P. of Exploration at Guyana Goldfields, V.P. of Peruvian Operations for Aquiline Resources Inc. and the President and CEO of Absolut Resources Inc. Mr. Noone has managed projects in Guyana, Papua New Guinea, Indonesia, Peru, Ecuador and Argentina. Mr. Noone holds a degree in geology from Ballarat University and an MBA from Melbourne University. He is a Member of the Institute of Australian Geoscientists (AIG).
Alex Carpenter - Vice-President – Sustainability & Reconciliation
Mr. Carpenter, a band member of Lac Seul First Nation, has 35 years experience with the Sheridan Platinum Group, and is a currently a director of AurCrest Gold.
Stephen Stow - Director
Mr. Stow holds an MA in jurisprudence from Wadham College at Oxford University, of which he is a Foundation Fellow. Mr Stow has been an adviser, investor, and executive engaged in various resource driven opportunities for over 30 years. Mr. Stow is a director of G2 Goldfields Inc. and Lumina Gold Corp.
Harvey Yesno – Director
Harvey Yesno is a Former Grand Chief, President, and CEO of Nishnawbe Aski Nation (NAN), and long-standing former Chief of Eabametoong First Nation, Mr. Yesno brings over 30 years of experience in resource development and First Nation governance. Mr Yesno previously served as Director of Aboriginal Stakeholder & Community Relations for the Ontario Ring of Fire Secretariat, having represented NAN communities for more than a decade as Board Chair & Director of the Ontario First Nations Limited Partnership (OFNLP). An advocate for economic development, research and innovation, the former Nishnawbe Aski Development Fund president and CEO has served on numerous volunteer boards, committees, and panels. In recognition of his contribution to Canada, Mr Yesno was awarded the Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal.
Carmelo Marelli - CFO
Mr. Carmelo Marrelli is the principal of The Marrelli Group of Companies. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CA, CGA) and a member of the Chartered Governance Institute of Canada, a professional body that certifies corporate secretaries. He has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Toronto. Mr. Marrelli acts as the Chief Financial Officer to various issuers listed on the TSX, TSX Venture Exchange, and CSE, as well as non-listed companies, and as a director of select issuers.
